A Wild Toast
1 cube/teaspoon of sugar
2-3 dashes of angostura bitters
1 twist of orange peel
Place sugar and bitters into chilled glass. Add a dash of water and muddle together until mixed.
Add some of the whiskey and ice cubes. Stir for 15-2 seconds to bring alcohol down to a good temperate and start the ice melting. Keep adding a little more whiskey and ice. Continue to stir.
Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
GRAPEFRUIT GIN & TONIC
Grapefruit peel strips and juice.
Your favourite gin
Place the grapefruit peel strips and rosemary sprig in a glass and mix with a muddler or wooden spoon until the peels release some liquid.
Add grapefruit juice and gin.
Remove and discard the grapefruit peel strips and rosemary sprig. Stir in tonic water.
Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with additional rosemary sprigs.
SPICED CHAI LATTE MARTINI
1-2 bags of a Chai Tea Blend
Infuse a pot of warm milk with a strong chai tea blend.
Warm the milk without boiling, remove from the stove and stir in the vodka.
Pour into a heat-proof glass or mug.
Dust the top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
