Our flowers should last between 5-7 days. Some flowers naturally have a longer vase life than others so not all your blooms will last the same amount of time. We suggest pulling out any wilting flowers from your vase as time passes, this will help keep the fresher flowers alive for longer.
In Hong Kong’s climate it’s not always easy keeping your flowers fresh. We suggest changing the water daily and keeping them in a cool and dry spot so that they last as long as possible. You can also trim the ends of the stems regularly to help ensure fresh water reaches the flower head.
Yes we do. Members of The Floristry can attend our latest events. To become a member simply sign up to one of our Flower Subscriptions. Alternatively if you're looking to organize a private workshop please email us at partnerships@the-floristry.com
We source our flowers from a wide range of suppliers and farms. Whilst some of our favourite blooms come from Europe we also include more locally available flowers here in Asia which helps us to reduce our carbon footprint.
We recommend having your flowers delivered the day before so you have them first thing in the morning. Please keep your flowers in fresh water and in a cool place overnight so that they stay fresh as long as possible.
We close our studio during typhoon to ensure the safety of our staff and couriers. If you are due a delivery that day your flowers will be delivered the next day.
If your order arrived late, damaged or incorrect we’ll do our best to correct this for you as soon as possible. Kindly contact us and our team will be in touch within 24 hours.
